Each project here begins with intention and ends with a real, built result. Our portfolio spans a historic mountain lodge renovation, a new-construction craftsman built to belong in a century-old neighborhood, a whole-home lake remodel, and a wellness build designed for a real North Idaho winter. Every project follows the same design-build process: a real conversation, 3D visualization, one in-house team, and a final walkthrough.

Alpine House, Silver Valley Wardner, Idaho. A historic 1902 lodge rebuilt into a nearly 3,932-square-foot ski-in, bike-in retreat with true access to Silver Mountain Resort.
Garden District Craftsman, Coeur d’Alene Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. A new-construction home built in 2023, designed to read as though it has stood on its tree-lined street for a hundred years.
Hayden Remodel Hayden Lake, Idaho. A 1980s home opened up with structural steel, wide-plank white oak flooring, and a reimagined kitchen connected to the lake view.
Lakeside Sauna + Cold Plunge, Hayden Lake Hayden Lake, Idaho. A cedar barrel sauna and cold-plunge tub on a stone patio with a fire pit, built for genuine four-season use.
